OPENED UP: Knockers Up by Rusty Warren, which is an album "that has Mr. and Mrs. America rolling on the floor from coast-to-coast" apparently. It's in "Superlaphonic Hi-Fi" which I never heard of before. It was showcased on the Oddity Archive.
